The Be aware and grateful for little things: The Relative Contribution of Mindfulness and Gratitude in Predicting Satisfaction

Background: Indeed, both Mindfulness and Gratitude go hand in hand. As one goes into a state of mindfulness opens their heart to gratitude, may experience more positive feelings toward life make choices all types events with an open-eyed sense nonjudgmental way. That be leading being overly focused on circumstances constructive way enhancing people's satisfaction. The present study aims recognize the different influences gratitude contributing satisfaction; investigate levels mindfulness, satisfaction among university students.
 Methodology: In study, 256 young adults were drafted from 4 educational institutes Karachi. However, random sampling method was used recruit them. mean age sample 20 years, range 18-25. research tools included Mindful Attention Awareness Scale1, Questionnaire-Six Item Form (GQ-6)2, Satisfaction Life Scale3 by using brief demographic sheet consent form, through which data obtained. 
 Results: Descriptive statistics regression analysis clarify pattern result, findings highly significant at p< .001. outcomes demonstrated that level comes low (49.6%) sample, while moderate (52.5%) high (42.3%) correspondingly. Almost half participants reported (49.3%) Further, results showed are highest contributors Satisfaction. pointed out, 42% predicted 23% expect contentment.
 Conclusion: proposed theoretical paradigm impacts cognitively, emotionally. Thus, benefits constructs evident improve lives.
